They are very expensive and I had one for a missing tooth that did not work (it did not correctly screw into place) so I now have just a gap and the metal cover.
I would much prefer crooked teeth and would recommend them only as a last result for missing teeth, mine caused pain and nerve damage.
Braces are a much better and far less drastic option, I’m sure they will fix the crooked teeth!

Crooked teeth can be taken care by braces. There is not need for implants. Implants are fitted when the teeth are missing or teeth has to be taken out to fit it. But as you are getting braces, you should not worry about crooked teeth. Braces treatment is meant for that only.
